No Names. No Logins. No Tracking. Ever.
Workers will only engage with a system they trust completely. Rally was built from the ground up to make anonymity technically impossible to break — not just promised.
How Anonymity Works
Rally check-ins require no user account, no login, no email, and no phone number. A worker scans a QR code and taps a response. That's it.
No IP addresses are logged. No device identifiers are stored. No browser fingerprinting is used. The system is architected so that even Rally's own team cannot trace a response back to an individual.
Data is aggregated with a minimum response threshold. Trends only appear when enough workers have responded to ensure no individual can be reverse-identified — even by a small team leader who knows their crew.
